1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Nexus Broke platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on Nexus Broke's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information is accurate and current

4. Trading and Transactions

All transactions conducted through Nexus Broke are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹50.00
• Service charge of 5.00% applies to all withdrawals
• Funds will be credited within 48 hours of withdrawal request
• After changing wallet settings, withdrawal service will be disabled for 48 hours
• Only BEP-20 network is accepted for withdrawals

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing upon the rights of others
• Distributing viruses or harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Manipulating the market or price of any digital assets

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Nexus Broke's platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. Nexus Broke makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Nexus Broke or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Nexus Broke's platform, even if Nexus Broke or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Modifications

Nexus Broke may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.
